DOMAINING.COMPANY — SALES TERMS Version: 2026-10-03-2 Direct online checkout is available to Belgian buyers and businesses established in another EU VAT territory with a valid, verified local EU VAT number. Other international purchases require a prior price and tax review. Your confirmation and accepted terms are downloadable from your private order page; automated email delivery is currently pending. 1. The seller and these terms Domaining.company is operated by Hazier, a Belgian sole proprietorship, at Blijde Inkomststraat 16, 9000 Gent, Belgium. Enterprise / VAT number: BE 0672.948.386. Telephone: +32 477 19 09 18. Contact: https://domaining.company/contact or by post at this address. The planned email address bart@domaining.company is not yet confirmed as operational; use the contact form, telephone or post meanwhile. These terms cover individual domain-name purchases from Hazier. Any specific conditions in your written order confirmation form part of the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail. A consumer is an individual acting outside their trade or profession; buying through a business does not automatically settle that question. 2. What you are buying The purchase transfers the registrant rights to the exact domain name identified in the order, subject to the applicable registry and registrar rules. It is not a perpetual property right: continued registration depends on timely renewal, applicable fees and compliance with those rules. Only the domain name is included unless the written agreement expressly identifies additional assets and the rights transferred. Website content, software, hosting, mailboxes, trademarks, traffic, customer data, visual mockups and future renewals are excluded unless expressly agreed. A brand concept shown on the site is illustrative and does not establish trademark clearance or grant rights to third-party material. 3. Requests, offers and the agreement A contact request, rental request or offer form is non-binding. It does not reserve a name, charge your card or conclude a contract. Hazier first confirms availability, the exact domain, the total price, included assets and any known transfer restrictions. For an enabled online purchase, you can review the order and applicable terms before authorising payment. The purchase agreement is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed. A return from Stripe alone is not proof of payment. You receive an order confirmation and a copy of the terms that apply to your purchase. A temporary checkout reservation expires if payment is not completed. If a listing contains an obvious error, we will explain it before you commit. We will not substitute a higher price without your agreement. If a paid domain cannot be delivered as agreed, see section 8. 4. Price, tax and separate costs Prices are expressed in euros. Hazier applies the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses. No Belgian VAT is charged on transactions covered by this scheme; the displayed price is the amount payable to Hazier for such transactions. The exemption is not a 0% VAT rate. For professional purchases by a business established in another EU VAT territory, the checkout validates its local VAT number through VIES and records its declaration of establishment and business use. VAT is reverse charged under Articles 44 and 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC: Hazier charges no Belgian VAT and the customer accounts for VAT in its country. The displayed price is paid to Hazier. The customer's own VAT accounting obligation is separate. Billing details must match the declared country and business. Inconsistent details require review before transfer. Other international orders, including foreign consumer purchases and buyers outside the EU VAT territory, are reviewed before payment. The Belgian exemption does not automatically establish exemption abroad. A VAT number alone does not prove the buyer's identity or business use. Any applicable tax treatment, final total and mandatory charges are confirmed before you commit. If the applicable treatment cannot be confirmed, we do not request payment. The agreed domain price is a one-time charge. Your receiving registrar may separately charge transfer, registration or renewal fees. Hosting, email and other services you arrange separately are at your expense. Known required transfer costs and responsibilities are disclosed before agreement; optional services require your separate consent. 5. Payment Where enabled, card payment is handled by Stripe. Hazier does not receive your full card number. Stripe is a payment processor, not an escrow service. A payment authorisation or browser confirmation does not itself transfer the domain. We verify the payment and receiving details before starting the transfer. Suspected duplicate payments, refunds or disputes are reviewed before transfer continues. This does not reduce your statutory rights or permit us to retain a payment where a refund is due. Rentals are not charged through the one-time purchase checkout. 6. Transfer and timing The standard direct-checkout delivery method is an account transfer to the buyer's GoDaddy account. The buyer must have a GoDaddy account and accept the registrar terms and transfer invitation. Hazier charges no extra account-transfer fee. If you require another registrar, request purchase before paying so eligibility, timing and any receiving-registrar fees can be agreed. Hazier coordinates the agreed registrar account change or registrar transfer manually. You must provide accurate receiving-account and registrant details and complete any required identity or email confirmations. Hazier supplies the necessary transfer instructions through an agreed secure channel. Registrar and registry requirements vary by extension. Transfer locks, including a possible 60-day lock, eligibility rules or renewal requirements can affect timing. We disclose known restrictions and agree the transfer method and deadline before payment. There is no promise of an instant transfer to any registrar. For consumer purchases, we wait until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired before releasing the domain. This checkout does not request early performance or a waiver of withdrawal rights. Unless a different delivery date is expressly agreed before purchase, we aim to complete the transfer within 30 calendar days after the agreement. If a delay occurs, we explain it promptly and agree a reasonable solution without limiting your legal remedies. The transfer is complete when the agreed receiving account or registrant change is confirmed. We will not treat payment alone as completion. Hazier remains responsible for maintaining registration until the agreed transfer is completed; subsequent renewal and account security are your responsibility. 7. Consumer withdrawal A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the purchase agreement is concluded. Send an unambiguous statement identifying yourself, the domain and the order through our contact form or by post. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient. You may use the model notice below, but it is not compulsory. Statutory extensions and any more protective mandatory rights remain applicable. Upon valid withdrawal, Hazier refunds all payments received for that purchase, without an administration or cancellation charge, within 14 calendar days after being informed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost to you. The domain will not have been released during the withdrawal period under this procedure. Use Withdraw from contract on your private order page, or https://domaining.company/withdraw with your order reference, name and checkout email. Review the details and press Confirm withdrawal to submit. A dated receipt is immediately available to download; email delivery is separate and any pending delivery is clearly indicated. The contact form and postal option remain additional ways to notify us. Late notices are recorded for review, since mandatory extensions may apply. Business purchases have no contractual cooling-off right under this section, but remedies for non-performance remain available. 8. If something goes wrong Contact Hazier promptly if the wrong domain was supplied, a transfer fails or the agreed rights cannot be delivered. We will investigate and seek to perform the agreement within an appropriate time. Where performance is impossible or you are entitled to end the agreement, we refund the amounts due. Your statutory remedies are unaffected. If an account detail or confirmation from you is missing, we explain what is needed and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond. We do not automatically forfeit your payment because of a missed message. Any proposed alternative transfer arrangement requires your agreement. 9. Naming rights and use Hazier must be entitled to transfer the agreed registrant rights. You should assess whether the name suits your intended business and markets, including third-party naming and trademark rights. No particular traffic, search ranking, revenue, resale value or commercial result is promised. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or intentional misconduct. Your registration and use remain subject to the relevant registrar agreement, registry policies and applicable domain dispute procedures. These terms do not override those requirements or third-party rights. 10. Rentals require a separate agreement A rental inquiry does not create a subscription or authorise recurring charges. Hazier stays the registrant during a rental. Before any payment or activation, a separate written agreement must specify the permitted use, duration, monthly amount and taxes, setup fees, deposit, renewal, notice, DNS responsibilities, maintenance, non-payment procedure and safe termination of website and email services. Renting does not grant ownership or an automatic option to buy. Any purchase option must be expressly agreed. DNS or registrar changes are coordinated separately; they are not made automatically because of a failed payment. 11. Complaints and applicable law Please send complaints through https://domaining.company/contact or to the postal address above, with the domain, order reference and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and explain the proposed next step within fourteen calendar days. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service at https://consumentenombudsdienst.be. Admissibility and the appropriate mediation body depend on the complaint. This does not prevent you from using the courts or another remedy available by law. Belgian law governs the agreement. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory law that applies in their country of habitual residence where legally required. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require every consumer to bring proceedings in Ghent. 12. Records and updates Keep your order confirmation, agreed transfer instructions and the applicable terms. Your private purchase-status link should not be shared publicly. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice. Changes to these terms apply to future agreements and do not retrospectively replace the version accepted for an existing order.
