Order confirmations and withdrawal notices

Orders record the domain, amount, verified payment reference, buyer details, personal or business purchase capacity, and the version and text of accepted terms. Withdrawal notices record your name, email, supplied order reference, notice and receipt time, follow-up status and relevant correspondence. We use these records to perform the agreement, handle consumer rights and refunds, and retain evidence needed for legal and accounting obligations. An unmatched notice is retained for manual review; it does not expose another buyer’s order.

Information in forms

For EU business purchases we send your VAT number to the European Commission’s VIES service. We retain the verification time, result, available business name and address, your establishment and professional-use declaration, and Stripe billing details to establish tax treatment and meet accounting obligations. VAT verification does not by itself verify a buyer’s identity.

Contact, offer and rental forms collect your name, email address, optional company and the details you choose to provide. Offers record the offered amount. Rental inquiries also record intended use, preferred start date and requested term. These details are stored for personal review and handling of the inquiry.

Payments and service providers

The website uses Vercel hosting and Neon PostgreSQL. Stripe processes payments and collects billing details to handle your purchase. Resend email delivery remains pending, so prepared messages stay in the owner’s outbox unless delivered manually. Local test data stays in a separate test database. This application does not store payment card details.

Cookies and technical records

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-FW4XJY68Y8) to understand visits and navigation on our public website. Google’s tag is loaded only after you accept analytics. It uses analytics cookies and receives technical information about your browser and visits. Advertising consent and Google Signals are disabled. Private order, offer, withdrawal and administration pages are excluded from analytics.

You can accept or reject analytics with equal ease, and withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for the same maximum duration. Rejecting analytics does not affect purchases or inquiries. Google processes analytics data under its service terms; see how Google uses information from partner sites.

Owner login uses authentication and security cookies. Rate limiting stores a hashed client identifier temporarily, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

Access, correction and retention

Contact Hazier about accessing, correcting or removing information you submitted. Records are retained as needed to handle your request, contractual obligations, disputes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. A deletion request is assessed against those obligations. Do not include payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in messages. Keep private order links confidential.
